Whether you’re looking to grow your Nintendo collection or just grab some fun loot, each Mystery Block is a different theme straight from the world of Nintendo!
Is my Mystery Block customized for me?
Mario's Mystery Block will be thematically identical for all subscribers. When you sign up we will ask a few questions so we can appropriately customize your Mystery Block. Throughout the year we may even make a survey active to help us gauge interest in various Nintendo properties to ensure we always pick the very best and most popular themes!
How many items come in each block?
Each Mystery Block you will receive over $40 worth of the best licensed Nintendo products and other awesome video game related loot, which can be anywhere from 3-6 different cool products that you'll actually love!
When will I receive my order?
Your 1st Mystery Block MAY NOT ship immediately. Depending on the month you subscribe will dictate when your 1st Mystery Block will ship. On ODD months, starting with January, you will generally receive your Mystery Block within the first 2 weeks of the next EVEN month. For example, if you subscribe in January you will receive January's Mystery Block in the first 2 weeks of February. If you subscribe in an EVEN month, starting with February, your 1st Mystery Block will generally ship in 2-3 business days (after the 10th). Please note you will not be able to subscribe if we are out of stock on your requested t-shirt size. Stock is very limited in the EVEN months for available Mystery Blocks. Don't wait to subscribe!
What is the signup cutoff date for Mario's Mystery Block?
The last day you can sign up for your first Mystery Block is easy to remember - the last day of each EVEN month. We don't recommend waiting though as options will sell out well ahead of the end of the bi-monthly term!
When does Mario's Mystery Block renew?
Mario's Mystery Block will automatically renew on the 1st of each ODD month starting with January, then again on March 1st, May 1st, and so on throughout the year.
How are the boxes priced?
You can try out Mario's Mystery Block for just $29.99 plus shipping, or you can prepay for more Mystery Blocks. The longer the subscription you subscribe to, the cheaper it will cost you per shipment! You will pay this subscription cost upfront at the time of ordering.
Tell me about t-shirt sizes!
T-shirts will be included in most Mystery Blocks throughout the year. T-shirt selections are based on standard adult male t-shirts sizes. Depending on the brand they may differ in how they fit, but we can always update your size selection if there is an issue. IMPORTANT: Please note when you update your size it will NOT update your remaining shipments, only after your next renewal. Please contact us to update your CURRENT subscription!
How much does it cost to ship?
DOMESTIC (US): Mario's Mystery Block subscription boxes cost a flat rate of only $8.99 to ship anywhere within the US. CANADA: Mario's Mystery Block subscription boxes cost a flat rate of just $19.99 to ship anywhere in Canada. We have teamed up with Asendia to get you the best pricing, fastest delivery time, and most reliable shipping! REST OF THE WORLD: Mario's Mystery Block is not currently shipping worldwide.
